Marketing, Design, Operations

Kate Blosser is a marketer & strategist in Tallahassee, Florida.

I’m a fullstack marketing leader who works across the lifecycle: brand and category positioning, product marketing, demand generation, and the lifecycle operations that tie them together. I set the strategy and build the systems that run it.

My Work

A few problems I’ve solved.

Demand Generation

Rebuilding a website into a demand engine

Challenge

The website had strong organic visibility, but it wasn’t converting. High-intent visitors were landing on pages that didn’t clearly speak to them, explain differentiated value, or move them to a natural next step.

Action

I led a full redesign, starting with a GA4 analysis to see where attention was being lost. I restructured and wrote the service pages around the buyer — their needs and outcomes — with conversion paths built in, taking the website from a content warehouse to a real demand-gen tool.

Result

Sessions roughly doubled after launch, and organic search became the highest-quality channel. The project changed how we saw the website’s role in qualified pipeline generation and gave me a stronger foundation to run campaigns, content, and sales enablement.

Brand & Positioning

Creating a new category position

Challenge

The work had evolved beyond the category we were operating in. Friction was showing up in sales conversations and hazy differentiation, and it was getting harder to explain how our approach differed from traditional players.

Action

After deep discovery with leadership, delivery teams, and customers, I built fresh positioning and messaging architecture from the ground up: a category narrative, messaging matrix, and competitive intelligence, then created internal trainings, sales decks, campaigns, and website content.

Result

Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships were finally telling one story, and the pitch decks moved to a challenge-to-result structure that mirrored how buyers actually decide.

Lifecycle & RevOps

Connecting marketing and sales through the funnel

Challenge

Leads were handed off on vibes, not data. Marketing and sales didn’t share a definition of what “qualified” meant, so good leads stalled and pipeline fidelity was low.

Action

We designed two scoring models that separated marketing-qualified from sales-qualified on real behavior and demographics, rebuilt the lifecycle stages in HubSpot, and set clear ownership for every handoff.

Result

Shared definitions of a qualified lead, cleaner pipeline reporting, and far less friction between the teams.

About

Marketing brain, designer’s eye.

I started out as a graphic designer, and believe great work has to be both beautiful and grounded in strategy. I’ve led teams across content, editorial, PR, design, and sales enablement, and I still enjoy rolling up my sleeves to execute a strategy.

I’ve built B2B programs from the positioning up — defining how a company is understood in its category, then designing the demand generation, content, and lifecycle operations that turn ideas into pipeline impact.
